Returning A Product

If you purchased an Opticron product from one of dealers, your contract of sale is with them and you should contact that dealer to discuss how to return your product for refund or replacement. If you purchased directly from Opticron and the goods supplied are not what you expected, you must notify us that you wish to return them to us within 14 days. The goods should be returned in an un-used condition and with the original packaging within 14 days of that notification and be accompanied by a completed Returns Form and a copy of proof of purchase.

We cannot process any returns without an original invoice number. Failure to provide any of the information on the returns form may cause delays in dealing with your return.
