UNIVERSAL TELE-ADAPTER UTA
2.5x for Binoculars and Telescopes
The Opticron Universal Tele-Adapter enables you to increase the magnification of your Opticron binocular or telescope+eyepiece combination by a factor of 2.5x. Easily fitted to a binocular, the UTA converts one half of the instrument into a higher powered long eyerelief monocular. The UTA also connects to Opticron SDL, HDF, HR, IS and MM2 eyepieces.
Featuring a long eyerelief eyepiece for use with or without spectacles and fitted with a twist type retractable eyecup, the UTA can be used with a wide range of binoculars with different eyepiece diameters as it is supplied as two separate components:

How to choose the correct adapter
To find the correct adapter to match your eyepiece look for it in the table below or measure the diameter of your eyepiece lens to see if one of the adapters suits your instrument. The measurements in the table are the internal diameters of each adapter in mm. If you unable to locate the correct adapter please contact us by phone or e-mail.
