Customers living in the UK

We operate a service centre at our head office in Luton. If you are experiencing a problem with your equipment please return it to the address below. Please make sure the equipment is carefully packed for shipping and that the parcel is marked for the attention of the Service Department.

Please download and print our Repair Form. This should be filled in and sent with your equipment.

On receipt a full inspection will be carried out and a decision taken on whether the fault is chargeable or is covered under the terms of the guarantee assigned to that product.

Guarantee Repairs

If the repair is to be carried out under the terms of the guarantee assigned to the product, the average turnaround time is 1-2 weeks from receipt.

Please note we do not reimburse the cost of returning items even if covered by guarantee.

Chargeable Repairs

Upon examination, an assessment of the costs will be carried out and a quotation for repair will be emailed or posted to you. Authorisation to carry out the repairs can be made by post, telephone or email. You will be contacted to make payment when the repair has been completed.

All prices listed on the quotation include VAT at the current rate and will include a return postage cost.

Mastercard, Visa and Visa Debit welcomed. Credit and debit card payments should be accompanied by name, card holder address, card number, expiry date, issue number where appropriate plus the last 3 numbers printed on the signature strip on the reverse side of card.

If you choose to decline the repair, the instrument will be returned on payment of appropriate postage charges.

Customers living outside of the UK

If you are experiencing a problem with your equipment please contact our Service Department by email or by phone on +44 1582 726522 (select option 1, available Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:00 UK time) describing the fault. We can then decide if the instrument can be self-repaired or needs to be returned to us for evaluation. We can also advise on cost effective shipping methods and Customs Procedure Codes (CPC) for returning items for repair. Please note: if you send us an email, make sure to check your spam/junk folder when looking for our reply. Alternatively, add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

PLEASE NOTE: You may have to pay import duty, customs fees, courier handling fees or other charges depending on local laws and/or conditions applied by the delivery company when your item is returned to you, even if the correct customs procedure code has been used. You may also be required to provide additional information such as a national ID number and/or a copy of your repair quotation or despatch note to confirm that you are the rightful recipient of the goods being delivered. These charges and processes are outside of our control and any queries should be directed to the delivery company.
